The challenge at working at UMW Toyota is the stressful work environment as there are about 200 subordinates that need to be handled daily to ensure that everyone complies with the rules and regulations.

Most of the sub-ordinates in the production line result in poor monitoring of compliance and compliance rules.

Also, the daily working hours are too long which results in low staff fatigue and performance. Although production usually runs only from Monday to Friday, working up to 12 hours (7.30am to 8.00pm) every day is exhausting.
